Tea Chest

wow, this chest is awesome. i had a ton of little tins and i took out the vertical dividers and they all fit in the chest, nice and neat:-)

beautiful craftsmanship with this box. The engravings aren't too shaby either.

It's fine, it fits the job and goes with the style of the kitchen, but it doesn't excite me.

Comes as pictured. I use it to store my sample tins. Fits 24 inside. I print up labels to stick to the tops of the tins to make it easier to retrieve the tea I'm expecting. Fully satisfied.

I ordered the tea chest and was pleasantly surprised how quickly it came as I live in Canada. It unfortunately arrived a little damaged but Adagio was very quick to respond to my e-mail and a new one is on its way. My only complaint is that I'm having trouble finding tins or containers to fit in the compartments. The sampler tins are perfect and you can get 4 in each compartment, but I do have some tea bags that are loose that I don't want to get stale. I wish we could buy empty tins!

I bought this tea chest for my mother for Christmas 2009, and it's absolutely fantastic. From the packaging to the actual box itself, everything is flawless. The wood itself is in perfect condition and looks great sitting on one of our kitchen counters. If you have a lot of sampler tins, this will work out as convenient storage!

I ordered 2 of these to store my samples. The picture on this site does not do these justice. They are absolutely beautiful and I love how there are removable dividers. With the dividers in each store 24 tins divided into 6 sections. The sections are great because it lends a little organization to my different types of teas.

I love this tea chest. It creates a tidier look than storing umpteen boxes of tea bags or a half-dozen or so sample tins of loose tea on the sideboard, yet makes access to my teas less of a hassle than putting them away in a cupboard.

I ordered this for a friend but had it sent to my house so I could wrap/deliver it. Beautiful, sturdy and well designed! I am going to get one for myself next!

This item, to me, represents adagio's commitment to cutomer service. I recieved a cracked chest, and they accepted an exchange without question, Then, after a mix-up with the teabags that came with the chest, they sent me a full box of replacement bags in varying kinds. This is the reason that no matter where I stray, I keep coming back to Adagio. They have great tea, great prices, and great customer service. What more can anyone really ask for?

I bought this empty chest as a gift to my husband and stuffed it with our favourite tea bags. Now we both love it. It has 6 sections so you can display up to 6 different varieties beautifully.

I bought two of these empty wooden tea chests. Each one will hold 24 sample tea tins. They are very beautiful, made well, and give me a nice place to store my teas now.

Love this chest! Comes with removable slats in case you want to create larger sections or have no sections at all. Very versatile and great for storing teas!

My chest is cracked on the top and I did not care for 3 of the teas esp. the Jasmine (too perfumy) and the English Breakfast (not what I expected). However, maybe someone else would have better luck.

I gave this as a gift and it was loved. I'll have to order one for myself!

not as much variety as I'd hoped. But still high quality teas. Steep the silver needle ALL day! Steep dragon well for a short short time. it can get bitter quickly, but I still love it. The box is a little bigger than I thought it would be.

Introduces you to tea that you wouldn't otherwise try. Very good camomile.
