Ordered this for my Mom for her birthday. This cup is HUGE and looks awesome. I also ordered her the blooms (which look really cool in this cup) and it makes a very nice pleasant display piece. This is a must if you buy the blooms.

The handle of this cup is too small for the body. The cup without tea in it is lightweight, but as soon as it's filled with tea it becomes very uncomfortable, borderline painful to hold. I can only fit my index finger through the handle slot, causing most of the cup's weight to rest on my middle finger. With hot tea it makes it even more cumbersome. If you're trying to choose which tea cup to get, buy the 14oz tea mug. It's a lot more solid and holds more than the jumbo mug, plus it's the perfect fit with the ingenuiTea, this jumbo cup has a pretty flawed design. The only thing worthy about it is it looks nice.

Good clear cup that comes with a saucer. Having the personaliTEA with the jumbo cup is great because the teapot makes the perfect amount of 2 cups out of the jumbo cup.

I guess it's quite nice. It's definitely glass, but it feels as light as a plastic when you pick it up. Otherwise seems very nice.

It looks very nice but not too functional. I also thought it was bigger on the website.

This is a big cup! This thing is very wide across. The ingenuiTEA (16 oz) is narrower than this cup. Keep it in mind.

Jumbo cup really isnt jumbo, its the same as a regular cup just stretched out. but it looks amazing and i love it. It is also thin but its still nice.

It's so perfectly large. The interior of the cup is larger than an adult male's closed fist. The walls of the cup are thin and perfectly transparent which is a treat for any of us used to bulky ceramic mugs. I will be happily buying more of these.

I love this cup. It is HUGE it is like drinking a bowl of tea but it cups around your hand warming you. It does seem fragile but I have had no problems with it.

Wonderful cup, I only wish that the handle were a bit larger for comfort when lifting while it's full of tea and that the glass was a tad heavier.

I love the cup, it's the perfect size and shape for my nighly cup. The infuser that you can get it with is also a wonderful option. The problem is that after half a dozen uses, I was washing one of them, and while drying it by hand, it cracked. They're very thin, so be CAREFUL!

It's pretty, and I don't think it's as fragile as others are saying. That's about all the positive I can add. The handle is too small to hold the cup comfortably when it's full and the glass is thin enough the heat from the tea can burn your hand if you can't angle it just right. I'll probably give the glass mug a try, but I'm skeptical.

The quality of this cup isn't as great as I would expect for the cost. While it was not expensive, I wish it was a heavier weight. I feel like it could shatter are any moment. I've heavier glassware at the dollar store- that wasn't made in China.
