Delivery Information

Our delivery rates are very reasonable. Deliveries to the UK cost a flat £2.95 using Royal Mail First Class or courier. European orders are sent out using Royal Mail Airmail or courier at a flat rate of £3.95. We aim to despatch all orders placed by 4pm GMT on the same business day, ensuring a prompt and timely delivery of your order. Orders placed after 4pm GMT are despatched on the next business day.

A delivery surcharge of £3.95 applies on all orders to Belarus, Russia and Ukraine.

Free Delivery

Orders of £30 or more qualify for free delivery in the UK.

Orders of £40/€50 or more qualify for free delivery to all European destinations.

Time in Transit

Orders to mainland UK are usually delivered in one to two business days. Orders to Europe generally take three to five business days to arrive, but may take longer during peak periods and to some destinations. Orders to remote destinations like Russia, Ukraine and Belarus may take up to 40 days to arrive.
